Our group integrates these three core needs through our developmentteam, funding vertical, and construction/execution experts. We focus on three crucial areas:

• Strategic alliances with leading financial institutions: Navigating international capitalmarkets can be cumbersome, particularly for private companies operating outsidethe US. Our team focuses on bringing key players together in order to identifythe right funding partners for each project regardless of physical borders.‍
• Focus on the right capital structure: Each client and project are unique, and their capitalization strategies should be as well. The right combination of debt and equity can be the differentiator between success and challenge during the lifetime of a project. For that purpose, we work hand-in-hand with each client to make sure that their needs are met, optimizing their capital structure.
• Sustainable finance: Incentives are at the forefront of each financial decision. With rising interest rates as the result of the recent monetary policy to combat inflation around the globe, financing costs have been skyrocketing. While their is not one "fix-it-all" solution, we work with strategic partners to identify funds earmarked for sustainable projects and introduce key sustainability KPIs and innovations to our and our clients' projects in order to qualify for such funding.

• A community built for success: A point will come at which founders and their teams will need to expand, starting with a larger office and later even beyond their original borders as they implement their expansion strategy. To this end, we have created LAZDAO Collective, a membership that provides office space solutions and even living options to founders so that they can remove that worry from their list. We pass the economies of scale we have reached though our LAZDAO Real Estate vertical directly to the companies we work with.
